Storage Condition
Store away from direct heat and light. Reseal after each use. When the temperature drops below approx. 12 °C (53.6 °F) some solid clouds may form in the pomace oil, this is a natural process due to it containing fatty acids. Once the tin has returned to room temperature it will return to its usual appearance and maintain all olive oil properties.
