100Gm italian sweetened dark chocolate, chopped 100gm italian smooth milk chocolate, chopped 3/4 cup cream 1 tablespoon honey 2 sticks unsalted butter, soft but cool, cut into 1-inch pieces. Method in a bowl bring cream and honey to boil. Melt dark chocolate & milk chocolate in double boiler, on medium heat. Add cream & honey mixture and butter, stirring constantly until well incorporated. Let it stand on room temperature for 5 minutes. Now, frost one layer of frosting on all side of cake with spatula. Let it cool for 5 minutes. Coat the rest of the frosting on top, swirling to coat in a decorative fashion. Serve immediately, or refrigerate
