DESCRIPTION

Steps of Cooking: 1.In a pan, add 1½ cup of water, meat, onion, ginger, garlic and 1 tbsp of Mehran Salan Masala. Cover and cook on low heat for 40 minutes. Mix well with spoon. 2. Now add tomatoes and cook until water evaporates. Then add oil/ghee, 2 tbsp of Mehran Salan Masala, potatoes and fry well until oil separates. 3. Then add 12 cup of water, cover and cook on medium heat for 20 minutes. Add green chillies and remove.
