Hence it is proved that he took a taste of snacks from India right after the partition of sub-continent. As his wife has an expertise in a recipe known as Arwikaypattay he thought that introducing it will surely get famous instantly. So he tried this recipe by copying it from his wife cook book. But the former recipe encounter a bit different as compared to the Nimko the arwi k pattay is made by rolling Colocassia leaves in a spiral form and a spiced chickpea is added to it then these leaves are steamed and at last these leaves are fried to get a final look of arwi k patty and now it is known be a famous Gujrati recipe.
